I brought my car into Danvers ...

I brought my car into Danvers Motor Company as there was noise coming from the engine (the car is 4 years old and was purchased there). Their service advisor (Scott) advised me my car was undrivable due to poor maintenance and I needed a new engine - which would cost about $6,000.00. I had it towed for a second opinion - the second mechanic feels the oil level was low creating the noise and was resolved with an oil c... view morehange. The car has been driving without any difficulty since. This entire situation could have been nipped in the bud with a better explanation of services performed and recommendations made. I was instead met with unacceptable attitude and spiteful behavior. The owner did refund me the cost of an (unnecessary) week of car rentals as a "gesture of good will". I would not drive a free car off of this lot. You have been warned.....

Very professional and knowledgeable A very friendly staff and I was out the door in no time. The car was clean - best in the area. I highly recommend them.
