I had a windshield wiper issue...

I had a windshield wiper issue in my 95 civic in a year ago. They told me that it was the motor of the wiper broke. it was about 200-300 to fix it. I said ok. They fixed it in a day, and when I got my car, there was a big "dent" at the left side of my hood (very close to my wiper area). I spoke with them.. they denied.. Come on How could I hit my car with a dent of the top of my left hood.. I reall... view morey wanted to suit them.. NEVER NEVER go there for any services or buy cars. They were one of the worst honda car dealership around. I have traded my civic to an accord and I am going to Cambridge Honda for any services. They are 1000 times better.. small shop and family environment.. Anyways, DON`T use Honda cars of boston..

customer service

I will never go there again to buy a honda vehicle. I had bought my first honda from them a few years ago and decided to go back to buy a new one. Instead, i got poor customer service and also dealt with a rude salesman. I had put down a deposit on the vehicle i wanted but then decided i no longer was interested in it. Again...i know i should have walked away but i really wanted the car. Anyways, i told them i ... view morewas no longer interested in the vehicle and the salesperson hung up on me and told me it was too late the paper work had already been sent to honda corp. I called back and spoke to a mgr and he told me because they had already sent the paper work in to honda that i was not entitled to my deposit back. I can`t believe this!!! Just because i changed my mind, i can`t get my deposit back??? what kind of place is this??? i never picked up the car and i`m still fighting to get my money back. I will tell everyone i know, never to go there!!! Shop around and I bet there are better honda dealers then this place!
