Very unprofessional, poor service

These people will rip you off. They will advice you to do repair services that you don`t really need. I recommend to avoid this place.

This shop is only good for oil change and nothing more. I cannot trust these people with any repair services.

good auto shop

i brought my ford to there shop for a oil change and they did a safety inspection and noticed i needed ball joints they helped me through the process and were very polite and showed me the problem and explained. so i don`t see any problems with them and i believe there a good shop

Not a good way to achieve success

I was already ripped off several times in Computer Tune & Lube and will never come back again. These people deserve to be out of business. There are many good repair shops in Enfield area.

dishonest people

These people are dishonest, they broke my car and told me that my car has some trouble, my car is new and didn`t have any problems with my car until I started going to Computer Tune. They told me I need to do this and I need to do that and oveall cost is around $600. I went to the dealer and mechanics confirmed that it cannot be broken automatically on the road, they broke it for purpose, they just wanted me to pay f... view moreor nothing. I am going to sue these people. Yes, they seems nice but they are criminals, they will make you pay for nothing.

great place for auto repair

i brought my car to computer tune and lube and they treated me very well and took me out to show me what was wrong with my car, and i felt they realy did care about me and wanted to make sure i was safe on the road

Dishonest people

I brought my Toyota a couple weeks ago to Computer Tune and Lube shop for oil change, after they finished, they told me that my transmission is leaking, I asked for an estimate and they told me the repair will cost around $350. I was about to pay but decided to take my car to dealership for second opinion. In a few minutes technician called me and showed me that there is no leakage, that was a factory lubricant, he t... view moreold me this is normal and my transmission is fine. All I can say that people in Computer Tune & Lube are dishonest but I trusted them. I will never come back to this shop again and recommend to avoid these people. There are many good auto repair shops in Enfield area.

I have brought my car there a few times and have always had excellent service. They were very helpfel in getting my car fixed and getting the extended warrenty policy holders to cover the repairs. When I needed additional repairs that I didnot know were covered by federal statute they pointed me in the direction in which to get it covered. They like all companies are there to make money. All in all I am very satisfied with the service and the repairs they have done.

Stay Away!

These people are a total rip off!!! They scam you at any chance they get. They will recommend you to do unnessessary service to your car, they are overcharging many customers. I used this shop for many years and I trusted them until I found out actual prices for parts and how much I paid them and what they are doing. Also, I brought my car to other 2 shops and asked them if it was nessesary to do certain services to ... view moremy car and they told me totally different things that I was told at Computer Tune & Lube. A couple days ago check engine light went on, I brought my car to their shop and they misdiagnose the problem and made me pay for part which should not be changed. Couple days later I had same problem with my car, I brought my car to their shop and they found something different this time, (this time they fixed it but heavily overcharged me, the part cost is $198 and they charged me $523 (I found out actual price for part in AutoZone and Auto Parts stores). I am going to go to court and bring them to justice. I have evidence in my hands. I will never go back to their shops again, and recommend anybody to stay away from their shops. I had these issues in Enfield, CT shop but they also have shops in Manchester, Middletown and Southington, (same owners).
