disappointed

I called new england silk screen sometime in the first week of june 2008 and received a price of $80 for twelve t-shirts with my company logo and telephone number. After about three days of calling around I decided to go with new england silk screen there price was far less then half any other quote I had received. When i called back I spoke with what turned out to be the womens husband got a final price of $144 almo... view morest twice what my quote was which was still cheaper then any other quote I had received, so I gave them the "thumbs up" I told them I would come in to leave a deposit when i showed up the next day the sign on the front door said mon-fri 9am-3pm it was 1:15 they were closed. The office down stairs said she would take the money and give it to them if they returned. Two days later the gentleman called and said he received the forty dollar deposit, by now it was approx. the 13-15 of june i asked could they be done by july first, ya we can have them done by the first. On june 30 I called and was told the shirts would not be done till july 2 but would be available for pick up first thing in the morning, around 10am on the 2nd he called said the shirts were ready. I showed up about 1:00 he showed me the logo on the shirt I was so suprised it actually looked good REAL GOOD I paid the balance and went home to realize no phone number on the shirts. I was so dissapointed I dont even want to call them back.
