This is the worst place I`ve ever been!! I went on a recommendation from a family member but I think they just went for minor repairs. I told them the check engine light was on and the code (I found out from Autozone) was P0430 - catalytic efficiency error - bank 2. They said they would need to do a diagnostic, which would cost $44 to see exactly what the problem was. I said fine. I also told them I had a thumpi... view moreng when I drive. I dropped the car off at 11:30 on a Saturday afternoon. At 3:00 p.m. I received a call from them stating the vehicle pulled a code of P0430 - catalytic efficiency error - bank 2. Yeah????? They said they would need to do a diagnostic. WHAT???? I already told you to do that! So I said go ahead and do the diagnostic. I didn`t receive a call by 5:00, so I called them. They said it might be the cataytic converter. I asked how much that would cost. He said he would check on parts and get back to me. He asked for my phone number because he couldn`t find it. That`s why they hadn`t called me back. But they called earlier me at 3:00! Anyway, they called me back at 5:30 (they close at 6:00 on Saturdays) to say they don`t have the part. They wouldn`t be sure when they could get the part, so I should pick up the vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up, they said they would call me with an estimate and a time when I could bring the vehicle in. That was on October 12, 2013. It is now October 28, 2013 and I have not heard from them. And they never fixed the thumping noise either. Ridiculous!!!

Wonderful

I have visited this location twice during an emergency (once on the way to a very important meeting and again on the way to a wedding) and have received phenomenal service. The staff is polite, personable, and willing to go out of their way. In addition, they have never attempted to upsell me and always look for the cheapest solution. Great shop!

i get my oil done all the time they are helpful they stand behind everything they do and for the review on this site maybe they dont answer the phone right away because they are working hard maybe try calling back or maybe just go somewhere else the guys their are wonderful so here is my review like it or not

Everytime we call we never get a answer either they need to get hearing aids or a better phone sytem.
