Great place to get taken advantage of

Took my 2002 Toyota Tacoma in to have the defective frame replaced. Informed Koon`s Service manager of the helper springs on my truck and asked that they be carefully removed and put back on. When I went to pick up the truck, the helper springs were not on the truck. They told me that I never had helper springs on my truck. Guess I imagined buying and installing them?!?
