Great friendly and personal service.

I took my car into Brian`s to get a second opinion about some brake work. I called Brian Saturday morning and he let me bring it in that very day. He checked it out soon after I came in and he provided me with a very detailed price quote (which was cheaper than the first quote I got fro another Baltimore auto shop) Brian also took the time to personally break down and communicate everything to me. When Brian found some other important repairs that needed to be done he called me and explained what needed to be done and how much more these smaller repairs would cost. Great friendly service, in a very convenient central Baltimore location. I recommend and would most certainly go back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I started taking my car to Brian`s Auto when my tire blew out on I-83 in 2010, and the tow truck hauled it to the nearest shop. When I got there I received the best service even though I wasn`t a regular customer. I received a price quote on some great tires, that I now have on my car.
