My car died. I had it towed it to Maryland Auto Care. Tony the Manager listened to my concerns. Then my car was turned over to Bob (The Lead Tech). He diagnosed my problem in minutes. Bob explained that I was only out of gas. I was shocked. I knew the needle was low but I thought I would make it a little farther. Finally, the owner (Jimmy) came out, introduced himself and said, ""Thanks for trying us out. No ch... view morearge today. Come back if you need us. Wow. I will be back the next time my car needs service.

Only if you want a con job

You had better truly know something about auto repair if you use these guys, as they will find any excuse to jack up the price. Do not expect an honest assessment of your car`s condition. If you ask them for a recommendation, they view it as an opportunity to create work and they will take the most expensive path to making the repair. They will often add a significant amount of unnecessary work and happily charge ... view moreyou for it all. You must tell them exactly what you want and never accept a recommendation from them. I would describe them as competent mechanics, but dishonest in their business practice. Unfortunately, it took me several times using their service, to figure this out. Don?ˆ™t make the mistake I made and always ask for the parts they change then look them over to see if they are actually defective.
