DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Last week I took my car in to have four tires replaced, which they told me would take one and a half to two hours. After FIVE AND A HALF HOURS, my car was FINALLY finished, and it cost over $1000 for four new tires. The customer service was non-existent - after the first technician took my car keys, I could never find another technician anywhere, and no one updated me on the status of m... view morey car. It ruined my day and I missed several other appointments I had scheduled. I received no apologies whatsoever for the unacceptable wait. Suffice it to say that NTB has lost my business for life, as well as the business of my extensive network of family and friends who were all horrified after hearing my experience.
