I had gone to Redmonds for a transmission replacement and given a very reasonable price. Not only did they warranty the transmission they also guaranteed the labor if something should go wrong with the part I bought. It has been a little over 2 months now since the work had been completed and I couldn`t be more happy with the service I recevied and manner I was treated as a customer! Redmond`s replaced an engine in my car. (Ford 2000 Taurus). The work was finished a week past when promised. Within 6 months, the car has major oil leak problems. This is a lousy place to get your car fixed. Run. Run away fast.
