Best Shop Around!

Ryan & Dave always take care of mine and my family`s vehicles. I always get straight pricing, which is usually a higher estimate of what I actually get charged, and they always fix it right the first time. Wouldn`t take my vehicles anywhere else!

The Best Shop in the Area

I usually do all of the work on my vehicles myself, but after being injured I have been unable to perform mechanical work. I was referred to Chesapeake Car Care and they are the ONLY shop I will take my vehicles to. Their mechanics are thorough, they are fast , courteous and their prices are reasonable. If anybody asks me for the name of a good mechanic, I send them over to Chesapeake Car Care.

Over Priced

I needed to get my brakes fixed in february. I went to them because they were recommended to me. I was quoted a price upwards $300. A week after getting them fixed they started squeaking. When I called and asked why this could be, they were rude and told me ""well we put the cheapest parts on there so thats what will happen."" Before I could say bye they hung up the phone. It is now November and my breaks are bas... view moreically shot. I should have at least gotten 30,000 miles out of the cheapest brakes and I didn`t even get ten. Brakes should not squeak a week after placement if they are the appropriate brakes for your car. No car repair shop should offer the wrong brakes for your car. And no car shop should ignore a complaint/ question from a customer who is new because it results in things like this, a bad review.
