Good Experience
We took our daughter`s car to Kaz and were very happy with the service, so I then took my car there two days later. I had a girl named Cathy wait on me. My service engine light was on. They did a diagnosis and found that it was only a loose gas gap. Cathy did not charge me the full diagnosis due to the simplicity of the problem. Great Service! They are two for two with my family.

Horrible Customer Service
Went with my friend to get his car worked on and boy that was an experience. Didn`t even get up to the counter, just standing in line to be helped, and saw the most rude, disrespectful and mean person at the counter. Totally turned me off. This Cathy Dennison person who greats and checks out people has the biggest attitude I have ever seen. We walked right out the door, didn`t even wait to get help. Not going to a place where someone makes you feel like crap and then you want me to give you money. NOT. Rude and disrespectful custome...
Rude and disrespectful customer service. First and last time coming here..talked with a Cathy Dennison and she was very short, rude and disrespectful to me. Not only did she quote me one price and then turn around and give me another. She would not clearly explain to me the work that needed to be done. While waiting for my car, she was also rude to the employees that work there. Treating them like with no respec... view moret. Sitting behind the counter, talking on the phone and playing on facebook is all she did, while everyone else seemed to run around working. When I went to check out and pay, I had to wait for whatever reason at the counter for her to finish up a conversation with someone on her cell phone. How rude can you get. No have a nice day or thank was told to me. I even took upon myself to go ask another person behind the counter a question and she was wonderful. Took time to explain it to me and even pulled the mechanic out to go over everything with me. That is how is should be done but not with this Cathy person. Don`t bother her, she will make you feel like crap. If I knew when she was off work, I would only come up there for my car. Seems like she is there everyday, so won`t be going back until she is gone. Hopefully sooner then later or this place is gonna start loosing business because of her. You can not have someone like that greeting customers.

Stay away from here; they`re the typical dishonest mechanics who want to make unnecessary repairs to get a big bill out of you. If you`re a Marine at MCB Quantico (especially The Basic School), they`re going to think you`re young, stupid and in a bind and are definitely going to try and rip you off. They wanted to make a repair of over $1,000 to my car. They didn`t know that I already knew what the problem with ... view moremy car was, and that this WAS NOT IT. On top of the $1,000+ they wanted, they said that after the "repair" they would have to see if that repair even fixed the problem. Garbage, stay away, they want your money.

Very slow service/unrealistic wait times
I started going to Kaz because they`re the closest to my house. I feel pretty confident so far with the quality of work they do, despite the reviews to the contrary here and elsewhere. However, they need to work on both their speed and the estimated times they give. I took a day off to get a bunch of errands done and called Kaz to find out the current wait time for an oil change. They said 30-45 minutes. I wound up b... view moreeing there an hour before they even took my car into the garage. I was then told it would only be another 15 minutes, which turned into 40. I had to cancel an appointment and missed out on some plans. This was the third such experience I`ve had here. I understand they`re often busy (though judging by the waiting room, maybe not), but don`t give your customers unrealistic wait times! That only results in annoyed and unhappy customers. If they`d told me 1.5 to 2 hours at the outset, I`d have made plans to drop my car off and get a ride. I am very tired of having long waits and promises of "just another 15 minutes." They knew I was annoyed and, at the very least, they could have given me a coupon toward the service price. I think I`ll try someplace else next time. My free time is valuable to me and an hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change on a weekday morning is excessive.

I Really Like This Place!
Kaz came highly recommended to me by my neighbor, and they lived up to exactly what she said. The service is top notch, the management staff is very engaging and informative, and most of all, they fixed my car.
I am a single mom, on a fixed budget, and need to know that I can trust the people working on my car. I believe I have found that with Kaz. They gave me options on what needs to be done now and what can wai... view moret a bit, so I can budget for it. I like that. Not pushy at all.
I talked with Chris, the manager and Cathy both times I have used Kaz and they were very professional.
I will definitely keep coming back for all my car needs.

Thieves!! Beware
We took our Dodge Neon in a few months ago because we had a sensor that needed to be replaced. They charged us an outrageous amount and the next day the light was back on. We took it back to them and they said it was a ""different"" sensor but they ""only ""charged us $100 to replace it. This week we took our car back to give them one more chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! We had an oil change and asked them to give us a... view moren estimate on the brakes. After paying $47 for the estimate we decided to wait on the $600+ it was going to cost us to get everything fixed they were saying needed to be. My husband was replacing the front brakes himself and one of the lug nuts was stripped. When I took it in to them they said would be $100 to take it off and put a new bolt and nut on there. I told them just to take the lug nut off and we would deal with it from there. After paying ANOTHER $47 I find out the they just broke the bolt off instead of actually taking the lug nut off as directed. Needless to say we will never go back there again and hope that others read this and take warning.

Buyer Beware
Kaz`s was a great disappointment. Was hoping to find a good LOCAL auto shop in the area. Took the car into Kaz`s and when I drove it off the lot it still was not fixed. They acted like they wanted to help but I realized the management and owner was as unprofessional as the business. What a disappointment
I was hoping to find a local place closer in the area and I went to Kaz`s. It was a nightmare and I feel like as a woman they took full advantage of me. My car was fixed incorrectly and they made it clear that nothing would be done about it.. He also deals with UHaul which after this experience I definately will not be using him for. Buyer Beware.

I sent my wife in when we moved here for the test ( meaning her being a woman some places will use that as a easy sell ) She requested a brake inspection and oil change (knowing our brakes were fine!!) they did every thing very right the young lady at the counter was very friendly the gentleman that did my car talked to me when done and made me aware of my oil leak which I find comforting knowing they would inform m... view moree of any unforeseen issues.
