They lack skilled and experienced mechanics (non are certified ASE mechanics, most are neighborhood kids). Misdiagnosed car issues and refused to take responsibility for doing incorrect repairs. Customer service was horrible, and they tried blaming me for their incorrect diagnosis and un-needed repairs Stay away from this place unless you want to pay for their mistakes
