Terrible service and RUDE manager

I took my car to Merchants to have my tires rotated, balanced and aligned. After picking up the car I noticed the wheel shoot violently at highway speeds. When I returned they gave me some excuse about the weights falling off, and after leaving me car there for another 4 hours I picked it up only to notice the SAME problem. One the 3rd trip the wheel shaking went away, but days later I noticed that when they rota... view moreted my tires they put them on the WRONG SIDE of the car (which for directional tires is very dangerous). So I went back AGAIN, and instead of fixing the problem right away they made me leave the car all day. The manager did not care at all about the problems I was having, and just wanted to get rid of me. I will NEVER go back.
