Customer service Horrible!

Their customer service is horrible. I went there and bought a part for my car. I gave them all the correct information and they gave me the wrong part which ended up costing me more money in labor because I had to go and get the part switched out. They blamed it on a catalog error and would not offer me any assistance even though their mistake cost me more money and time. I am very unhappy their customer service. Whe... view moren I called to complain they opened a case and then no one called me back.
