Two stars is being generous. I bought a 2005 Focus from them last September and I had to get rid of it fast. One, it was 9500$ and they budged 100$ and thats it. It was pathetic but I needed a vehicle. Second it had a shifting problem and I went to them the next day and it "wasn`t covered under my 30 day warranty." They only gave me 2k for my truck too which was worth a about 6k. They have no idea what they... view more are doing either. They also sell too many Wholesale vehicles. That is a waste of time. People will pay the extra 1000$ to get it fixed. They try telling you its just a rust issue when it can be clean on the outside. Whoever likes this company has their head up their you-know-what, with the dealership.

Purchased a 2007 lacrosse and ...

Purchased a 2007 lacrosse and from day one had transmission problems, powersteering problems, air bag problems, and on and on. From day one of owning this LEMON they sold me I was told they would make it right. Darlings way of making it right was to string me along for over a year with &quot;we fixed it this time&quot; but it was never fixed!! Darlings way of making it right AFTER i ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEM TO BUY IT BACK, was to tell me they would give me 13,000.00 for a car I had just paid them 18,000.00 for me knowing I couldnt sell it to anyone knowing of the dangerous problems it has, nor could I trade it in cause unlike dealers I could get in trouble if I didnt tell the problems it had!!!! Funny darlings can sell it to me that way!!?? I sold it to them for the 13,000.00. had no choice!!!!! Darlings had it on lot for one month using it as a chase car (Atleast thats what I was told by someone who is honest and works there) and darlings sent it to auction?? If you get this letter just throw it in the trash they just try to get you in there and sell you something you dont want!! if like the scam letter says &quot; we need quality trades like yours&quot; Why purchase the lemon back from me and send to auction?????? because its a lemon!!!!???? Avoid this dealership.

I purchased a new vehicle there and they do not bargain so basically you will pay near tfull sticker price. They also sold me a so called ""extended warranty"". They never told me that it wasn`t an extended warranty as the warranty began immediately, thereby charging me for double insurance as the manufacturer`s warranty already covered up to 36,000 miles. I never used the extended warranty though it began at 0 mi... view moreles. They rush you through reading the contract so you won`t see the fine print where you are paying for the 36,000 mile warranty when it is already given. They basically have a license to steal and continue to get away with it. Sooner or later poor publicity shall catch up with them. Also, they won`t always honor repairs on your warranty by giving excuses not to repair right at the start. America`s new way of doing business. You have a warranty but they just don`t care to honor it!
