Years ago I took one of my friends to Prompt to get a transmission rebuilt. They were honest and did great work. Years later I took my van to Prompt for an opinion. No work was needed at that time and his honest opinion helped to ease my concern. Chuck is the guy you want to see if you want quality professional work from an honest businessman.
