Fraudulent Sticker Alert! just like a lot of people who go here have poor credit as I did I went to this business and purchased 1 2002 Chevy Suburban from them on 3/20/13 on this day of purchase the outside of the vehicle looked amazing once inside the interior was banged up with cookie crumbs all thru the floor and the leather looked like a cat had a field day in there but I was able to look past all of this due to ... view moreI am buying someone else old car but just before I left I notice the Maine State Inspection Sticker only had 7-8 months left on it and when I told the mechanic this and that I was gonna go get a new sticker on it at VIP he went inside grabbed a window scraper and scrapped off the old Inspection sticker and put the new one on not even doing an Inspection and says there you go a nice shiny green sticker! as shady as that seemed on 3/21/13 I brought the vehicle to VIP anyways and got it inspected and it Failed with a list of hazards and other things to the point where the State of Maine Inspections had to get involved and rip the sticker off and gave me a one way ticket back to Provo`s where I returned the vehicle and instead of offering me a different vehicle the mechanic gave me attitude and said the owner will be out in a minute to give me back my down payment so yes they at least they did that but my advice to anyone before you buy a vehicle from them please take it to your garage and have them do their own sticker inspection 12.50 is worth it if it saves you thousands a month down the road!! do not say you have not been warned!!

STAY AWAY BOUGHT A CAR ON FEBRUARY 28TH 2013 AND IT STARTED KNOCKING BY MARCH 4TH. I BROUGHT IT IN TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE ENGINE KNOCKING AND THEY SAID WE CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT MUST CHARGE YOU AT LEAST A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. THEN MAKE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIR WICH I MUST PAY FULL COST. ARE YOU KIDDING ME I HAVE ONLY HAD THE CAR 7 DAYS. END RESULT I HAVE ALREADY INVESTED THE $500.00 DOWN PAYMENT. Do not buy a car!!!

From my experience with this dealer...it`s been nothing but chaos.The car was falling apart two weeks after purchasing it.Quality of the car and service is awful.Please take my advice and DO NOT purchase a vechicle here.I could go on forever about the reason not too...If your car is fixed by their mechanics it will only be a temporary fix.Worst dealer in Maine!!!! trust me!!!!
