Harmon`s Tire told me I needed major repairs (ball joints) that I didn`t need. I even requested test results that they couldn`t provide. I had the vehicle checked at a dealership for a second opinion and proof for the complaint I filed, sure enough they said my ball joints were perfect , no play whatsoever. I filed a complaint and eventually got my money back. They will lie and try to get you to pay for unnecessary w... view moreork. While I was there they told 2 other people they needed ball joints. I Hope they don`t nail everyone who needs an inspection sticker for ball joints; but I suppose thats how they make more than $12.50 for a state inspection.
