If you`re not stranded in north Lansing, avoid this business at ALL costs. Their workmanship is pretty good (otherwise 1 star). Their problem is post-sale. There is virtually no customer support, and they will gladly blame any manufacturer possible to avoid having to take any responsibility. I realize it is expensive to just give away work, but some admission of guilt and working with a customer is necessary fo... view morer a successful business. Fixing your car is not favor, its the job of those who chose that field. And to keep doing that job you have to be better at doing whatever it takes to keep a customer satisfied or you won`t have enough to retain your position. Very friendly staff, I`ve never had a problem. I believe their business leadership could take a hint from them. It`s a good size city and lots of competition, I would advise that they take a few business classes Again, if you`re in a bind and you have to go here, I am very sorry you couldn`t make it a mile down the road to someone else.
