HORRIBLE customer service. A ...

HORRIBLE customer service. A simple oil change turned into a disaster. The oil leaked out all over my in-laws driveway, and had to make a second trip to have it fixed properly. Then on the way home to Ohio the oil guard came off. When I called to relay the story instead of being told they were sorry and how could they help I was told, &amp;amp;quot;Well what the hell do you want me to do if you`re in Ohio?&am... view morep;amp;amp;quot; by Steve and when I called the owner`s personal phone number he never returned my calls. Poor customer service, and poor business owner. I guess thats what you`d expect from somebody who can`t even change oil properly.
