1. Bad Service - Had the waterpump on my truck replaced do to a leak. Got the truck back and a day later it started leaking again. They did not replace the bypass hose to the intake manifold a 10 dollar part, I now wonder if that was the problem from begin with. Did I really needed a new pump? 2. Bad Service - Had new performance headers installed, supplied all hardware and asked them to replace all header bolts on... view more the engine block with the ones supplied. Got the truck back, half of the bolts were not replaced, was I asking for too much? 3. Bad Service - Had a performance muffler installed and told the guy who took the service order that I wanted it to be welded. He said no problem, got the truck back, muffler was improper secured with cheap clamps. 4. Lack of knowledge - Spoke with a service guy to ask which is the return line and which the supply line to the transmission cooler which is integrated in the Radiator. He assured me it`s the bottom line, it was the top line. Needless to say I bought my new truck somewhere else! I can`t recommend this dealer.
