I purchased a used car From Car 1, now called auto usa. I paid 1000 dollars for a service warranty and ws told it covered everything besides normal maintenance. Within 5 weeks , the car had at least eight issues, including a coolant leak, bald tires, no spare, no dip stick, no hood stick, a tail light that fell out, a faulty alternator and no dome light. I was told by ken to take it to any authorized dealer and... view more we will cover the cost early on, because the warranty covered nothing. They changed their mind and decided to cover nothing until I complained and then they gave me 100 dollars even though the expense was over three hundred. When I asked why the car had so many problems, Ken told me when they get the car in, they dont repair them. This is the poorest run business of any kind I have ever seen, and I am over 50. They stated that they only do a safety check, WITH BALD TIRES.
