Owner is a huge liar

The owner of D&D is a huge liar, he collects more cars than he can work on just to get the insurance money. My car has been sitting on his lot for over a month and the only thing that`s been done is the paint. I was told to come pick my car up last Monday, only to be told it would be ready by Friday. Friday has gotten here and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told to come back at 5pm. I called at 4:30 to ... view morebe told it will be ready by 8pm. At 6:15 I get a call stating its ready but just needs to be detailed and I can pick it up tomorrow. I then go to the shop to be told that I can`t take my car because they want to drive it to make sure it drives ok. Sounded fishy, I then asked if I could see my car. The owner told me it wasn`t on the lot because it was getting prepped to be detailed, but little to my surprise, I spot my car on the lot untouched from the work I saw in the morning, none of the parts were put on not were my tires. The owner then tried to tell me that it wasn`t my car even with me staring right at it. Two other customers approached me stating The owner has been giving them the run around and lying about the progress of their vehicle. He is a very shady business owner and makes me not want to ever do business in the city of detroit again
