jeff at autozone thinks its ok to treat customers on the phone like crap and be a jerk.. my phone didnt connect twice so he asked me why i called twice when i connected and was a complete a**hole and was a d1ck when i was telling him what part i needed so i hung up and called napa insead.

Warning: Jeff, the clerk at Auto Zone has a buddy, to which he sends anyone that comes in the store that needs auto repair. These people are absolutely insane. Do not, I repeat, do not take your car to Bob Marshall, Jeff`s buddy from Auto zone. Take it to a reputable, brick and mortor auto repair facitly. What else can I say? Need parts or just general maintance things for the car. Go to autozone. The guys are friendly and helpful. I have a ball everytime I go.
