Rude Customer Service in Service Area

The last two times I tried to get my warranty car serviced, there are no loaners available, and no return calls updating me on the attempt to get me one. I bought my car from Graff so I could get a loaner if I had work done on my car, but I guess they are no longer stressgn this service. Since Tony left as manager of the Service area, the customer service is zero from the new managers.
