Don`t go there or to any Belle...

Don`t go there or to any Belle Tire. Their practice is to grind the paint away to adhere wheel weights. You will be lucky if they tell you this too. Adam at the Saint Clair Shores store is not a big help after they ruin your wheels, Mark at the corporate store won`t help, all he will do is mention how they have been grinding paint off wheels for well since he can remember. total damage to my 2010 Mazda... Wait for i... view moret $2,469.00 for new factory wheels, that refuse to fix or replace. Who in their right mind uses a grinder to remove dirt, grime or sticky residue to make sure that wheel weights stick? No one except for lazy people. I called 7 different tire places to see if they did, guess what none of them would ever do that! So Belle Tire you got me on this one, now I will make sure every one knows how your business practice is. Mark I hope you have a wonderful career, and I hope that one day I can give you the same service you gave me when you walk into my business, actually I would not be so uncaring to you or any customer as you and the company you work for was with me. Thank you for ruining my wheels on MY NEW CAR! So now Chuck Gray, called me to arrange to fix my wheels, he was supposed to call me back and let me know what time i should bring my vehicle in so that they could take off the wheels and have them repainted. Well no call from Chuck..... and today (6-27-2011) was supposed to be the day. Thank you Belle Tire for giving me the run around so I would shut up. 7-1-11 got new rims installed today as replacements for the damaged rims, no grind marks to get the wheel weights to stick. I will have to say that this was a bloated process but I have been taken care of. Am I happy, no not really, am I satisfied? Well yes I am. Should Belle Tire revise its policy a little? Well that is up to Belle Tire.
