The management and staff I dealt with at Woody`s treated me with disrespect and even hostility. They towed my car to their garage and it took 5 phone calls and 5 days for them to fax a written estimate to me. The estimate, by the way, is for almost as much as the cost of the vehicle. Even then they refused to give me any details as to the specific problem with my car. Additionally, when I hired another towing service... view more to collect my vehicle from them, they tried to charge me an additional fee for their estimate, which was not something they disclosed to me until I told them someone was coming to pick it up. When I mentioned that, the manager became very agitated and said, and I quote, "just for that, I am going to charge you storage". Yes, storage fee, even though they kept my car for 5 days with no estimate or explanation of the problem with it! I can`t believe they are still in business. I will NEVER use their services again, and I am appalled that such an unprofessional, rude, and hostile person could be allowed to be in charge of a business of any kind. These people think it`s fine to try and take advantage of women. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop.

Horrible price gouging! Sent a good customer of mine (I own and operate a repair facility) to them for a truck and trailer that was stuck(medium duty truck), confirmed with them (Woody`s) that their driver was dispatched for less than 1 hr total, checked in with our driver who stated that the tow truck operator was there for less than 10 minutes, only to find they charged us $250, I called and complained and was tol... view mored they usually charge more than that. $250 for less than 1hr, they absolutely took advantage of my customer, I` ve NEVER seen a bill that high for a simple pull out, NEVER. And by the way, I`m a licensed master mechanic, been involed with the trucking industry for app. 20yrs and used to operate tow trucks. Be aware, ask for prices first!!
