Way Over Priced

I never in my life experienced such horrible customer service at a dealership. Originally, when I was looking for a car I stopped by this place to get quotes (as any normal person would.) The prices at this place are so inflated that it`s a joke. I bought my car at another Chrysler Dealership and got a better rate. Joann, who is a manager over at this place sent out an e-mail "Offer" about a new car...thinking it... view more might be something I was interested I called them up to see if they would work with me on a price. Dennis was extremely rude, and told me that X amount was the price and you can take it or leave it attitude. I was appalled. On top of that, the manager Joann had the guts to e-mail me back...? And tell me that I, the customer was rude for objecting to Price...WHAT? < let me tell you, I was shocked that a Manager of a Dealership would do that...Obviously, No one is going in to that place if she has time to write me a nasty e-mail...? Great Job Joann! No wonder Chrysler is in the predicament it`s in.
