Did not perform the work

Took my car in for a front end alignment. They really did almost nothing and charged me for it. They said that the car could not be aligned and that it needed to go to a body shop for frame work and that there was no adjustment left on the tie rods. After inspection it was clear the lock nuts had not been lossened at all, (very rust covered) on the tie rods had visible rust covered threads and had not be adjusted. ... view more I took the car to another shop and they did the work right and the car drives straight and the steering wheel is straight .

Quality Service

I was referred here by Discount Tire after purchasing new tires. I had a positive experience, got a good deal with the $10 off coupon from Discount Tire, and my car is rolling along just fine. I usually have all my repairs done at Ford dealers but I was really impressed with the service at Fix`n Go and I will return for my future automotive needs. They also had a pretty comfortable waiting room.
