If your Insurance company want...

If your Insurance company wants you to go to Hansens realize it is an attempt to fleece you. Their estimate was at least 1000.00 less than true cost of repair. My choice was to have a slop job done on my year old car or put out the extra grand myself. Visiting Hansens was a very expensive trip to the city.

Customer Service!!

I was so impressed by the customer service aspect of this place that I would not hesitate to recommend this to any of my friends/family. Haven`t got the car back yet (just dropped off yesterday), but judging by the professionalism and courtesy I would bet we have no problems!!!
