I had been refered to this shop by a friend of mine that talks very highly of Bob & his wife Amy and the staff at RP Auto Service. They had great customer service skills and called me before any work was performed on my vehicle to discuss the issues and price. They are very knowledgeable. Terrible Customer service skills from the OWNER??

I would NEVER refer a friend, family member, or my worst enemy! ""Bob"" the owner is one of THE rudest people i`ve ever had to deal with! Not to mention "" Amy"" as well!
My car has been at this shop not 1 time, but 3 times for the SAME issue! The first time I brought it there they were referred to me by a friend. My car spent 5 days there. All 5 days I (the customer mind you) needed to CALL them in order to find ... view moreout what was going on! When I did call because they NEVER did I got attitude and they made it seem like I (the customer once again) was a inconvenience to them. (I spent $500.00 at this place) . Since then my car has been back twice, the 2nd time they weren`t AS rude. So me being nice chalked it up to them having a bad week! The 3rd time I called to see if my car was done, and ""Bob"" said yes, and HUNG up on me! I will never use this place again for anything other then the work that they CAN`T seem to get RIGHT! I think they`re rude, and need to get some BETTER customer service skills! I wouldn`t have even rated them, if it wasn`t required to do so!
