Competent and stand behind their work 100%!

As a long-ago former mechanic that no longer has the needed diagnostic equipment and tools needed to perform my own repairs, I have been bringing my cars to Richfield Transmission for over 25 years. They are one of the most competent shops I know, fair and reasonably priced, and MOST importantly, they stand behind their work 100%! I do not hesitate to recommend Richfield Transmission.

Rude and Dishonest!!

The man at the front desk was rude and treated me like I was a nuisiance. But the really frustating part was that after the work was done the price jumped 25% unless I was willing to pay cash. And to top it off they never cleared the check engine light. (Which Kennedy Transmission did for free).
