Terrible

After requesting the bill amount twice over the phone the bill was $60 more than quoted. After also confirming on two separate phone calls that Discover would be accepted, this was not the case when I tried to pay my bill. Sensing the irritation of the employee, Andy, I asked if I had done something to offend him and was informed that I had a very negative attitude. After finding out that I had been lied to multip... view morele times on the phone by the employees I feel that politely asking for Andy to inform the other employees to know what forms of payment are accepted and what the prices of the services are to be a valid request. Andy obviously did not feel the same. I offered an apology to Andy for offending him as that was not my intent, but reminded him that I was given false information and felt that I had every reason to request more honest or product educated service. Andy was unwilling to accept my apology.

The employees were rude, provided false information and created an environment that could be found intimidating to some people who are too afraid to speak up regarding poor business practices.
