their service department did over 4000.00 dollars damage to the underbody of my van,while performing a routine oil change.their service manager failed to tell me what had happened to my van when i picked it up.after discovering the damages,i returned to country chevrolet with estimate for repairs.at this time the service manager admitted to damaging my van,but said the owners of country chevrolet would not pay for an... view morey repairs to my van.after going through general motors customer service,the mn bbb,and the mn attorney general`s office,they still refuse to pay for the damage their service tech did to my van.its been 4 months now.remember my bad experience the next time you visit this dealership.talk about great customer service.
