It sounds like you guys maybe didnt speak to the right person, because if I had a major issue to deal with the owner got involved every time to ensure it was taken care of properly.. After each of my purchases I did bring my cars to a mechanic to get a tune up and replaced things that it may need in the future just to have it all done at once.. horrible service

missed one payment on car and they sent repo man to get car and told us we have 10 days to make payment. called for 4 days trying to make payment, finally i went there to see the car with no rims or tires.keep getting the run around. now without a car and tried to make the payment and they wouldnt take it. i keep asking why the tires wasnt on the car and they stated that they need to use them.how you use someone else... view more car for tires and trying to make payment.shady company. save your money and go to a real dealership
