Where to start. Brought my toy hauler in for warranty work. Service was fairly quick. Little did I know how much half work was performed. They wanted me to know that they performed me a service by even working on the rv. I should be grateful that they even worked on it . What happen to customer service and satisfaction. A service department is for service and customer satisfaction , not you should be grateful we even... view more worked on your rv. Will never recommend Clay`s for anything unless you want half a repair`s. They deserve a 0 for customer satisfaction. I gave 2 stars due to the fact they made it almost half way.
