My wife returned from washing ...

My wife returned from washing our 2005 Cadillac CTS at the new location and noticed the taillight cover was missing on the right side. She went back to the location and let the workers know, and they recovered the tail light cover in the car wash along with scratches and 3 big chips. I returned to the location and informed the worker (who was very polite) and she called the owner. I waited till he got there and he lo... view moreoked at it and said he`d replace it, but "HE DIDN`T WANT TO SEE MY CAR THERE AGAIN"!!!!!!!!! Can you believe that was his response? He tried to say it was our car`s fault, and not his car wash!!!!! He said in 18 years in the business nothing`s ever come off of a car like this! The only other time I`d gone through this car wash, a Cadillac emblem had come off of the front left rim center cap. I didn`t make that an issue, since I had a spare center cap. Come to find out, the owner was the same person who`s other car wash had damaged my mother-in-law`s car some months ago. They treated her like crap and my mother-in-law had to pay $300 to replace a windshield wiper motor. Now, instead of trying to please his customers, this owner tries to blame them for things that just happen to come off in his car wash. He was very unprofessional and, truthfully, a jerk. People, find some other car washing business to trust and spend your money at. Customer Service is non-existent here.
