Paid $2000 for my car to be re...

Paid $2000 for my car to be repaired with parts: seals etc guaranteed for 60000 miles. Now less then 10000 miles later seals etc leaking and need replacing again. The response from KT was that both they and we got screwed too bad how should they know they sourced bad parts. We are willing to pay for new parts but feel they should split the cost of their labor. The answer was no way that was not their policy. ... view more So they bought the parts put in the parts (guaranteed parts) but aren t responsable for replacing them. Do not recommend this business. BTW when there are only a few reviews and all positive (as in this case) it should be considered that they are by friends or workers.

reliable shop

Very Reliable! I love KT Automotive-all the guys there are great! They always do their best to fit me in when I need to get my car in in a hurry. They are very friendly and always make sure I leave happy. I know I can trust them, which is important to me being a woman and knowing that they`re not going to rip me off.
