Watch for service scams, bough...

Watch for service scams, bought new tires. Next day discovered one looked used. Pam in service verified less tread on that tire. Took it back for replacement. Today noticed they had gouged my wheel with tire machine. Pam also verified that. Offered to keep my vehicle for day for wheel repair. Instructed them I will use my own wheel repair person and they can pay the bill. Said they will not go over $100. In s... view morehort, tried to scam me with used tire, damaged my wheel, caused me to burn a 1/2 tank of gas ($50), burned several hours of my time and no real apology or even offer of a free rotation or oil change or anything plus tell me if its over $100 it`s on me. Never again!

Not bad

Their service is great - seem to be pretty honest and helpful guys that will go the extra mile and won`t rip you off. Their sales people are another story! I went in to buy a car and was basically told they wouldn`t work with me on the price - so I went to baton rouge to All Star and purchased the exact same care for about $3,000 less. Their sales people need to take a lesson from the service dept!
