I was a paying customer at one point and would bring my tires to them to have repaired. on my latest visit i had my rear tire patched and all seemed fine. few days later i started to notice a very small leak but could not find a source. once the outside temp started to drop the leak became more noticable and to my suprise i found the cause, which was the patch. so i called the honda shop, now known has honda of new o... view morerleans, and told them my problem. the person on the phone began to tell me that they dont warranty their workmanship. no ive been in the automotive field for years now and when i began i started by doing tire repairs and oil changes. i can count how many times on one hand that i had to re-do or warranty a patch that i had done that didnt hold up. in no way was this my fault at all and i was told that i would have to pay for the tire to be fixed again in the original spot that i had previously paid to be repaired!!!
