irritated beyond belief

so i call in to see if they have the part I need for my jeep...they have to order it from the Kenner store and if I come pay for it by 10:30 they will have it here by noon...well I made sure to ask again what tine it will be here when I went to pay for it,again I was told it will be here by noon. Here it is 12:30 I have been sitting in my car for the past 45 minutes waiting on it I go in now they say 1:00.
