Unpleasant

I simply wanted a key made. The lady I dealt w told me they wouldnt do it because they didnt trust their own workmanship. Then she told me my registration was expired, she was looking at the date of registration (2 mo ago, so expiration is imposs.) and said the only thing she could do was sell me $200 in parts I didn`t need. Or (seriously) a whole new car. A locksmith did their job for less.
