Customer Service lacking

I went in to get a tire swapped over on a rim and I was told that some of the employees didn`t show up for work and I would have to leave and they might be able to get to it by the next morning!!!! Thats not customer service. Thats customer dis-service.

This place sucks!!!

Over priced, crappy service and they take 3 damn hours to do an oil change when you are the first in the store at 7:45 in the morning! This place should be renamed SUCK KINGDOM!
