glenda is a liar

They have had my car for 7 business days and still have not given me an estimate. I came to move my car to another place because glenda repeatedly lied about when they would begin work on my car. She got upset with me for wanting to know when my car would be ready and told me &quot;well, give me my money for the tow&quot;. She seems very nie at first been when you tell her face to face that you dont want to h... view moreear anymore lies she becomes very rude and the customer service loses its last leg. She was almost going to charge me for the inspection that from the ad is supposed to be free. Do not trust that glenda is telling the truth; she is a liar.

Please do not take your car here

Bryant`s has had my car for two weeks and one day....so far. It has been one reason after another why it has not been fixed yet. Some of the reasons ligit and others just an excuse. If this is how they treat the adverage customer I don`t know how they can remain in business.
