Terrible customer service

After being quoted a price by the sales manager frank, he seems to forget the agreement. Then upon frank agreeing for me to buy outside parts from a reputable company and the warranty would still be honored, he forgot that as well. Frank is a scumbag salesman who tells you what you want to hear to get you in the door, after that he seems to draw a blank on his word! I would not recommend this place to my worst enem... view morey!

Pro Transmission fixed my car ...

Pro Transmission fixed my car for half the money that the dealer wanted to charge me. The dealer told me I needed a new transmission, but Pro Transmission rebuilt it. I even got a warranty and my car runs great. The service was really good. They gave me a ride home and brought my car back to me when it was done. I appreciate their hard work and great service.
