very professional!!

I recently wrecked my car into a ditch and AA Service Center was the company who came to pull my car out. The driver who came out was very nice and professional! I was very concerned about my car as it had minimal damage, and he was very careful and courteous in retrieving my car. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional company who actually cares about your car!

My car was towed to their busi...

My car was towed to their business. I signed over the title because the car was beyond repair......involved in an accident. This was in January. In JUNE I recieved a letter from the KY Dept. of Trans. stating I did not have auto coverage. When I called back to AA Towing, they claimed I had a lien against the car? NO WAY. I called my county clerks office.....of course, NO LIEN! They would not return my calls or answer... view more my calls. I called the Sheriff Department in Shelby County. They claimed they would mediate the situation......still have not heard back. I hope the Sherriff Dept. will take them off their lists of towing companies to use, and I have also contacted AAA to complain about their poor business practices. DO NOT USE THEM!
