Horrible

spent $1000 on tires and had to go back a few days later because they didn`t balance them correctly. They re-balanced them, or so they said, but I couldn`t tell a difference. Took my car to the Newport location two days later and they said all 4 tires were out of balance! They properly balanced them and now it`s smooth sailing. Either Ft. Wright`s equipment is faulty or they don`t know what they`re doing! Regardle... view moress, I will steer clear of them!
