WORST customer service I have ever received

I went to this establishment to look for a used car to replace my current vehicle. The man that came out to assist us never introduced himself, or even acknowledged us as customers. I think he was some kind of mute or something because I never heard him utter a word, but wait, he couldn`t have been mute bc I saw him flirting w a haggish woman who gave me dirty looks in their office while he should have been assisti... view moreng my husband and I. I was told on 3 separate occassions that I would receive a phone call back on our application for a car and never did. I think they were more inclined to sit in their offices and eat giant boxes of girlscout cookies and cheetos, then actually do some work. I finally had to call them back and ask that they cancel the transaction bc I didn`t trust anyone in that place with my social security number after the ignorant, incapability I witnessed first hand. The attitude I received on the phone from Bob at this time can be characterized as a rude brush-off with alot of condecendance. DO NOT go here to purchase a (old, beat-up, high mileage) pos car- as all the vehicles on this lot falls into that category. I see why they are not listed as a member of the BBB, and rightfully so. Take my advice, run FAR away from this establishment! Don`t waste your time, as they are not available to give you any of theirs.
