Uses Scare Tactics!

I am a young female and know nothing about cars. I went here for a routine oil change. The mechanic comes out looking for me, frantic. He insists that several things were wrong with my car, including the serpentine belt and my brakes. He turned an oil change into a $700 car repair. When I said I couldn`t afford this, he started telling me horror stories of how when my serpentine belt goes I`ll be a sitting duck and h... view moreow my brakes were so worn down that they were almost to the metal and that would become a much more costly repair. I left only paying for the oil change and got a second opinion. All lies. 9 months later my car is still running fine with none of the things broken or replaced that the mechanic insisted were about to go at any minute! Avoid at all costs!

Excellent, friendly service, very knowledgeable and honest, prices reasonable. I have taken my cars there for service for thirty years and would recommend Goodyear to anyone.
